Delete your Decibeles account

In the app

In the Android app, open Settings > App account > Delete account and follow the instructions. The app asks you to confirm with your password before deleting the optional account and its associated online data.

Without the app

Cannot access the app? Email [email protected] from the address linked to your app account with the subject “Decibeles account deletion request”. Do not include a password or Navidrome credentials. This site does not collect or submit requests itself.

What is deleted

Your Navidrome account and music live on your own server and are not deleted by Decibeles. Local downloads remain on your device. Anonymous aggregate play counts may remain. Processing of emailed requests and retention details need owner confirmation.
